charming stay by the lake
lovely views complimentary tour rustic vibes
i felt very charmed by the hotel and it views were lovely over the lake. the staff booked a complimentary boat tour on the lake for me. the room it gave you rustic vibes and included a front porch facing the lake.

the hotel sits right on the banks of the scenic ashtamudi lake. the building is aesthetically built in kerala style with arches, pillars, and tiled roof. i found the hotel easy to access.

the hotel has a beautiful lobby decorated with life-size elephants. a professional flutist entertains guests with his nice flute. i was offered complimentary high tea . the hotel also has a pool .

the staff at the restaurant were cordial and assisted guests. the front desk staff were helpful and kind. one staff member arranged a boat ride i missed on arrival for the next morning. all requests were immediately fulfilled.

my king room was spacious and tastefully decorated. the bathroom have accessories of leela group brand and these are fabulous. the balcony was spacious and provides a clam and soothing space. the bed it felt comfortable.

THE breakfast buffet included local specialties and international choices. i found the staff good, very attentive to all needs. The outdoor pool area had amazing views and plenty of space to relax. It was a real sanctuary.

warm hospitality luxurious atmosphere cool dancing
i had such a great time at this resort! the staff was so cute and helpful. every little detail was taken care of, and the whole vibe was super luxurious and chill. i even got a complimentary boat ride. there was cool local dancing in the evening!
The pool area wasn't perfect. The loungers looked a bit old and worn.

The in-house restaurant is awesome. It might just be the best in the whole area. they also have a complimentary boat ride every afternoon and chai is served too. these amenities ensure relaxation!

helpful staff good food cooling problem ac system
The staff went out of their way to, especially Sruthy and Mohammad. Food was very good. I found it delicious. The exterior was beautiful. I found it cute.
The air conditioning didn't really cool the room. We asked for this to be fixed, but an engineer said it was not possible to change it. We asked to have our room changed. The new room had the same problem. The manager said they knew about the issue. They had to await an upgrade of the AC system.

i stayed in a royal premier lake view king. the room had a separate bathtub and shower. complimentary boat rides were available in the evening.
the gym was quite small.

a wonderful stay!
yoga session gentle guidance
the gentle guidance. i received a revitalizing head, neck, and shoulder massage, as well as a facial. each treatment left me feeling balanced and renewed.
the hotel quoted a price for the three rooms including breakfast. i found the same rooms on expedia for less, though. the hotel wouldn't match the price or offer a discount, so i booked through expedia instead.

The breakfast had a live counter and options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. the staff readily assisted guests, bringing items to the table. different menu selections were available each day. It was a pleasant experience.

The staff are trained to be very pleasant when receiving guests. mr manik, the front office manager, was especially attentive to us. he inquired several times if all was well. He checked if he could help us.

the linen used for the bed, pillows, and towels was very fresh and clean. normal accessories like drinking water and coffee were neatly organized. the staff explained the ac switches.
